We had such a great time at the ARBA show in Charles Town WV on Saturday. We were supposed to be picking up a trio of juniors and an intermediate buck. All Giant Chinchilla rabbits, of course. Instead, we came home with all intermediates; 2 bucks and 2 does. I'll be posting pictures soon.
While we were there we had the opportunity to handle some Velveteen Lops. They were so cute!!!! I think that we have found a great new breed to add to the rabbitry.
Speaking of adding to the rabbitry, I'll share a secret with you, we are looking to add several new breeds in the coming year. We will most likely be changing the name of our rabbitry as well but that's a different post. The breeds that we will be getting involved in are Thrianta, Crème D'argent, Velveteen Lop (cream only), Polish (blue only) and Lilac.
